Classic French Cuisine

Definition

Traditional French cooking done the established way rather than reinterpreted: onion soup crocked and browned under the broiler, duck roasted crisp for the better part of an hour, and a soufflé that takes so long to rise it must be ordered with dinner. Le Sanglier in Tarzana has served classic French cooking on the same corner since 1970.
